The president of the Mozambican Football Federation (FMF), Feizal Sidat, recently acknowledged a financial deficit, but assured that the FMF will fulfill all financial commitments related to qualification. In his words, "To say that it doesn't exist, but since we have no debt, we will always fulfill our obligations. We don't leave debts to anyone; we will manage with our partners."“
Feizal Sidat also mentioned the importance of working with partners, including the National Sports Promotion Fund and HCB (Cahora Bassa Hydroelectric Plant), to ensure that the FMF can meet its financial commitments and enhance the sporting spectacle. He emphasized that the goal is not only to promote the sporting spectacle but also to ensure its financial sustainability.
This statement by Sidat highlights the FMF's commitment to keeping its financial obligations up to date and working in partnership with relevant institutions to strengthen football in Mozambique.
