Only one day left until the next premiere of “Voices of the Pearl of the Indian Ocean”

This time, the voice comes from the city of Maputo, more specifically from the Maxaquene neighborhood. There we find a young man who, in addition to singing, is also a talented producer. His journey began in 2012. Why isn't this artist popular in Maputo yet, at least not to this day? Join me and together we'll find out.

Jayon Tivane, singer, songwriter, and producer, was born in the city of Maputo, in the Maxaquene neighborhood. He began his music career in 2012 with a group of friends. However, it was only five years later, in 2017, that the artist had the opportunity to take the stage for the first time, during a show in the neighborhood. There, new talents were drawn to the stage by the love of it, not necessarily by the money.

From 2012 until now, 11 years have passed. Jayon Tivane is still not popular nationally, not even in the province of Maputo. In a shy and calm manner, he reveals that some young people look up to him as a great example in the musical field. Talent is something the young man has in abundance, and that is why he reached "Voices of the Pearl of the Indian Ocean," an initiative that has valued Mozambican music and several talented young people.

Behind the talent and a certain shyness, there is a dream. "To be touched by millions of people, in Africa as well as in the West," said Jayon Tivane. We are not millions, but we guarantee that many Mozambicans will hear his voice in one day, specifically Saturday at 4 pm, on Tv.ihapari.com and KTV. Enjoy a taste of this beautiful voice, a true diamond from the Pearl of the Indian Ocean.
