Clube Ferroviário da Beira (CFvB) is about to take a major step towards strengthening its infrastructure and sports programs, thanks to a new strategic partnership with Cornelder de Moçambique (CdM). Recently, the two entities signed an agreement that promises to boost the club's development over the next two years.
According to the agreement signed, CdM commits to investing a total of US$160,000 over the next two years, equivalent to 10,160,000 Mozambican meticais. This amount will be distributed annually, with an investment of US$80,000 (5,080,000 Mozambican meticais) per year, from 2024 to 2025.
In addition to financial support, CdM is also committed to providing non-monetary support to CFvB. This support includes the provision of equipment, various sports materials, and logistical assistance for sporting events. With a particular focus on basketball and football, this logistical support will be crucial, especially for the football team which is scheduled to participate in African competitions this year.
This partnership promises not only to improve the club's working conditions, but also to strengthen its presence and competitiveness in the local and regional sporting landscape. CdM, as a strategic partner, thus demonstrates its commitment to sporting development in the region, investing not only in infrastructure, but also in the growth and success of local athletes and teams.
CFvB, affectionately known as the "Locomotives of Chiveve," will certainly welcome this support with enthusiasm, preparing to take full advantage of the opportunities provided by this strategic partnership. With the guidance and support of CdM, it is expected that the club will reach new levels of excellence and inspire the local sporting community.
This investment will not only benefit CFvB, but will also have a broader positive impact, contributing to the growth of sport in Mozambique and promoting values of teamwork, dedication and overcoming challenges. With the mutual commitment of the parties involved, the future of sport in the Beira region looks brighter than ever.
