A Mozambican musician and composer, with several songs on the market and a rising career based on gospel, soul, and traditional Mozambican music, expressed his opinion on digital distribution.
Arnaldo grew up in an artistic environment, having discovered his musical talent in a children's choir and, later, in the church choir, eventually becoming its conductor. In 2015, he decided to pursue a solo career, releasing the songs "Mulher Moçambicana" and "You are My Love".
Regarding digital distribution, Arnaldo said it's proving beneficial because it's leading to greater respect. “Getting music on digital platforms wasn't easy; most of the time it was music from renowned artists, but with Apathany it's different. However, we need to promote it more, as there are still few people who subscribe to the platforms. In short, I'm gaining respect and appreciation,” Arnaldo emphasized, leaving his mark here on “Voices of the Pearl of the Indian Ocean.” This initiative not only aims to bring the best of Mozambican music but also shows that the artist's opinion matters.
Arnaldo Manhice's acoustic performance will premiere this Saturday, the 9th, starting at 4 PM, on IHAPARI.tv and the KTV open channel. Watch this week's video by clicking on the blue bar.
