Regarding the accusations that may be brought against Doppaz, the Public Prosecutor's Office has confirmed this through a press release, which we will now quote.
“"Following the publication of videos on social media that undermine the image and integrity of the President of the Republic and his family, a criminal case has been opened against citizen Amândio Munhequeia, popularly known as "Doppaz," under number 226/11/P/2023, which is being processed at the Public Prosecutor's Office – City of Maputo.".
In the aforementioned video, the citizen in question demands that someone kill the President of the Republic and his son, with evidence suggesting the commission of the following legal crimes: (I) Incitement to collective disobedience and (II) Public instigation to a crime.
Given his repeated involvement in the aforementioned types of crime, the citizen was arrested on August 6th and heard today (7), in the first interrogation before the Judge of the Section.
