Textáfrica continues its battle to stay in the national league's top division after a goalless draw against AD Vilankulo. The match, which ended 0-0, saw coach Alex Cepede express his frustration with the refereeing, claiming his team was unfairly awarded two penalties that, according to him, should have been awarded.
In the final minutes of the match, AD Vilankulo resorted to a defensive strategy, using the famous "fall-fall" to secure the draw. This tactic, while effective in safeguarding the result, left Textáfrica fans disappointed, especially considering the team's pressure to secure vital points at this stage of the competition.
With the draw, Textáfrica now has 15 points, equaling Brera Tchumene, who suffered a 2-0 loss to Baía de Pemba. The situation becomes critical for both teams, who are in a fierce battle to remain in the first division with only two rounds remaining in the championship.
