Mozambican artist Tchakaze is expanding the horizons of her literary work with the arrival of the book “Being an Artist in the Country of Pandza” to Brazil. The launch took place in São Paulo and marks a new stage in the international promotion of the project, which reflects on the challenges, struggles, and identity of the Mozambican artist.
“Good winds took us to Brazil (São Paulo) for the book launch 🇧🇷 Being an Artist in the Pandza Country”, wrote Tchakaze on his social media, sharing the moment with his followers.
The work had previously been released on Mozambican soil, at an event that brought together artists from different fields — music, theater, dance, visual arts and literature — demonstrating the creative diversity and collaborative spirit present in the country's cultural panorama.
