Brazilian presenter Rodrigo Faro expressed his deep gratitude to the Mozambican and Angolan people for the prayers and support he received during his wife Vera Viel's delicate recovery period. In an interview given after Vera's discharge from the hospital, following an eight-hour surgery to remove a rare tumor known as synovial sarcoma, Rodrigo shared his relief and gratitude for her successful recovery.
Vera, who is a model, also spoke about the profound lessons she learned during this journey. The surgery, which made her rethink many aspects of her life, brought to light a new perspective on her body, especially in relation to her legs, which played a crucial role in her recovery. "I learned to value every detail of my body, and this experience made me see my legs in a completely different way," Vera shared.
The couple, much loved by the public, received a wave of solidarity and support from fans and friends, especially from Mozambique and Angola, countries that Rodrigo made a point of mentioning because of the chain of prayers that formed for Vera's health.
