Mozambican rapper Iveth will participate, this Thursday, August 14th, in the second and final day of the Youth Summit, which is taking place at the Mozambique-China Conference Center in Maputo.
The event, which began on Wednesday, August 13, brings together leaders, activists, entrepreneurs, and artists in one of the largest gatherings of Mozambican youth and the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

Among the main topics under discussion are rights, sexual and reproductive health, entrepreneurship, empowerment, technology, and political participation.
The presence of Iveth, known for using music as a tool for raising awareness and social expression, reinforces the importance of artists' participation in discussions about the future of youth, not only as figures of cultural influence, but also as active agents of change.
With the diversity of voices and experiences gathered, the Youth Summit promises to conclude its 2025 edition with proposals and reflections that could mark the next steps in strengthening youth participation in Mozambique and the region.
