“It was a moment of mutual listening, sharing of visions and alignment of purposes,” Lizha highlighted, underlining the importance of a joint and sustained approach to face the challenges affecting the Mozambican creative ecosystem.

The CTA, through its president Álvaro Massingue, recognized the potential of cultural and creative industries as a relevant component in economic diversification, job creation, and the promotion of national identity. The organization showed itself open to receiving proposals and supporting projects with a real impact on the sector.

This hearing marks an important step in strengthening the connection between the business sector and structures linked to culture and creativity, at a time when the need to integrate the creative economy into Mozambique's development strategies is becoming increasingly evident.
