Lázaro Sampaio is the featured voice of the week on "Voices of the Pearl of the Indian Ocean".“

An artist with a long career in the music scene, having discovered his artistic talent very early on. Today, you'll learn Lázaro Sampaio's opinion on Apathany and the current state of Mozambican music.

Lázaro, who discovered his passion for music at age 12, believes that with the Apathany platform, Mozambican music gains more visibility. "The Apathany initiative is very good, as it gives more visibility to Mozambican music," said Lázaro Sampaio.

Speaking about the current state of Mozambican music, Lázaro states that music at the national level has always been on a good track, but adds that what is lacking are serious entrepreneurs to boost Mozambican music. “Mozambican music has always been good, what's missing are serious entrepreneurs to promote it,” said Lázaro Sampaio, a Gospel music producer with considerable national success. This success is reflected in “Vozes da Pérola do Índico” (Voices of the Pearl of the Indian Ocean), which will be released to the public on August 19th. See the teaser below.
