“I ask that there be more opportunities, on the part of the government and the State, especially in the field of education, that facilitate the reintegration of Mozambican academics into our country,” said Kiba The Seven, who completed his master's degree in Japan last year.
The artist highlighted the importance of creating mechanisms that allow young Mozambican professionals, especially those trained abroad, to contribute their knowledge and skills to national development. Kiba The Seven is an example of how international education can be a valuable resource for Mozambique, but it needs to be accompanied by policies that facilitate the integration of these talents into the job market and society.
With this position, Kiba The Seven joins a growing group of young Mozambicans abroad who have been drawing the attention of authorities to the need for investment in educational policies and employment opportunities that value human capital trained outside the country.
