We are just two days away from another premiere of "Voices of the Pearl of the Indian Ocean," where we have the voice of young Isaac Filipe from the Liberdade neighborhood.

In a conversation with Apathany Isaac Filipe, he spoke about the current state of Mozambican music, which he considers to be top-notch, adding that there has been a lot of synergy between the artists and, as a final result, good engagement.

“"For me, the current state of Mozambican music is five stars, because without generalizing, there are several artists who have also contributed to its development. Unity is strength, we have been working in harmony, and the engagement is intense," said Isaac Filipe, this week's featured artist, who also spoke about ambition in music.

“"My biggest ambition in the music world is to become one of the best, a Lusophone icon," says the artist of the week.

Isaac Filipe spoke a little about the progress of his music from the beginning of his career to the present day, and he says that he feels increasingly welcomed by the Mozambican public. “Since the beginning of my career, there has indeed been progress, I'm talking more about the improvements in my work. The daily life of each person needs to be expressed in the form of song, and I have focused on that, and yes, I realize that there has been a lot of progress. Having the attention and respect of Mozambicans is also an achievement,” concluded Isaac Filipe.

His debut is this Saturday. Watch this week's video by clicking the button below and Isaac Filipe's teaser.
