Recently, a group of Mozambican musicians, including Ziqo da Silva, Valdimiro José, Killua Rafael, Nuno Abdul, and Zav, met at Building 1481 for a gathering aimed at exchanging ideas and experiences among artists from different musical genres.
The event's main objective was the exchange of knowledge and practices related to music, involving professionals from various backgrounds, from Afrobeat and rap to R&B and pandza. During the meeting, participants discussed topics related to music production, current market trends, and the evolution of genres in Mozambique.
This type of meeting highlights the importance of dialogue and collaboration between musicians of different styles, contributing to the continuous development of the music industry in the country. Building 1481 served as a neutral space for interaction between artists, allowing them to share their experiences and perspectives on the Mozambican music scene.
The initiative reflects a movement to strengthen relationships between musicians, regardless of their specializations, focusing on innovation and the collective growth of the sector.
