The program is centered on climate solutions developed by the Nordic country, with the aim of promoting the exchange of knowledge and good environmental practices.
Carlos Serra highlighted, through his social media, his arrival in the city and his initial contact with the local environment: “I have arrived in Helsinki, Finland. And I saw green, lots of green… Have an excellent week everyone!”, he wrote.
The teacher will be the only international participant not from the field of journalism, in a restricted group of selected guests. In public statements, he pledged to absorb as much knowledge as possible and share the experiences lived during the stay.
