Black Bulls heroically draw with Al Masry in the second round of the CAF Cup.

In the second round of the CAF Cup group stage, Black Bulls secured a 1-1 draw against Al Masry after a performance of great resilience. The Mozambican team, playing at home, had a difficult start but managed to react and earn their first point in the competition.

The match started in a complicated way for the hosts, who conceded a goal just 9 minutes into the first half after a defensive error. The first half was marked by a performance below expectations, with Black Bulls showing weakness both defensively and in building offensive plays.

However, in the second half, the Mozambican team came out transformed. Coach Hélder Duarte made tactical changes that brought a new approach to the game, allowing Black Bulls to balance the action and increase the pressure on their opponent. The change in attitude was decisive, and the team fought until the last minute.

The equalizing goal came in the dying moments, at the 90th minute, with Nené scoring after a well-constructed play. The draw was a relief for the fans, who saw their team react impressively after a difficult first half.

Despite the poor start, coach Hélder Duarte praised his team's reaction. "We knew we couldn't give up, we made important adjustments at halftime and were rewarded with the draw. This point is crucial to continue with confidence in the competition," Duarte stated after the game.

With this result, Black Bulls earned their first point in the CAF Cup and kept alive their hopes of advancing from the group stage. The next challenge will be crucial to consolidating the Mozambican team's trajectory in the African tournament.
