Bibas is celebrating her 30th birthday today.

Today, June 12th, we celebrate the birthday of Abiba de Leonor Raul Mutemue, better known as Bibas. Born in 1994 in Maputo, Bibas has distinguished herself as a multifaceted figure in the Mozambican scene, working as a rapper, singer, actress, presenter, and lawyer.

Growing up in Nampula and Maputo, Bibas, originally from São Tomé and Príncipe, discovered his passion for music in 2010 while participating in the church choir. Although he attempted to start a solo career in 2012 without immediate success, his determination never wavered.

In 2020, Bibas officially launched herself into the music world as part of the Trap Boys Family, where she adopted the name King Bibas and released songs such as "Praga," "Onde está teu love," and "Troféu." Later, she decided to pursue a solo career and dropped the term "King." Since then, Bibas has delighted audiences with songs like "Coca Cola," "Pantera Negra," and "Crush.".

In addition to music, Bibas graduated in Law from Wutivi University in 2021, balancing her legal career with her artistic activities. She also worked as a presenter on the program “Celebridades” and as an actress in the series “Nakufeva” on StrongLive TV.

In May 2022, Bibas joined Sancara Entertainment, releasing new hits such as “Mãe grande” and “Its Pipoking” in collaboration with Simon Silver. Currently, she continues to work as a lawyer in Nampula, while still captivating audiences with her musical talent.

On this special day, we celebrate not only Bibas's birthday, but also his perseverance, talent, and contribution to Mozambican culture. Happy birthday, Bibas! May your path continue to be filled with success and inspiration.
