Own goals lead to draw between Málaga and Almería in the Second Division.

Málaga and Almería drew 1-1 in the Spanish Second Division, with the match marked by two own goals, one for each side. Mozambican Bruno Langa started as a starter at left-back for Almería, but was substituted in the 61st minute by Álex Centelles.

The match started badly for Almería, with goalkeeper Fernando Martínez putting the ball into his own net after just 12 minutes. Despite the setback, the visitors took control of the game, registering greater possession and creating 14 goalscoring opportunities, with six shots on target. The equalizer only came in the 90+6th minute, when a mistake by Málaga culminated in an own goal, securing a point for Almería.

With this result, Almería maintains 3rd place in the table with 32 points, still in the fight for promotion, but increasingly distant from the leader Racing Santander, which has 37 points. Málaga remains in 14th position with 23 points, facing a season of highs and lows and far from the top spots.
