Singer Anita Macuacua continues to value the work of the so-called "human statues," young people who transform street art into their livelihood. This form of artistic expression, although still little recognized in the official cultural landscape, has been progressively gaining space, especially in private events, where the presence of these artists is becoming commonplace.

Despite gaining recognition at private events, the street remains the main showcase for these young people, allowing them to display their work and attract new audiences. Recently, upon encountering some of these artists, Anita Macuacua couldn't hide her admiration, praising the dedication and creativity of the young people who, daily, transform public spaces into veritable art galleries.
The initiative of street artists like these demonstrates not only the emerging talent in Mozambique, but also the capacity of the local culture to reinvent itself, finding new forms of expression and opportunities for livelihood through art. With the support of public figures such as Anita Macuacua, it is hoped that these cultural expressions will gain even more recognition and visibility on the national stage.
