The 3rd edition of the Youth Awareness Week, recently held at the Bedene Machava Secondary School in the municipality of Matola, featured the presence of the young Mozambican portraitist and illustrator Fredy Uamusse.
During the event, which had as its themes "Professional trajectory, challenges, achievements and perspectives as a young Mozambican," Fredy shared his personal and professional experiences with the students. The artist highlighted the challenges he faced throughout his career, as well as the achievements that led him to represent Mozambique internationally, notably at an artistic event in Portugal held in June of this year.

In addition to discussing his career path, Fredy presented his project to the students: opening a school dedicated to art, reinforcing the importance of investing in talent and creativity from an early age. His speech left a motivating message for the young people present, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with dedication and persistence.
