To enrich these community sessions, the artist will be joined by two distinguished guests:
- 👨🏽🏫 Julio Langa, anthropologist;
- 👨🏽🏫 Alberto Cumbi, sociologist.
Both will contribute to educational and cultural approaches, providing a deeper understanding of the causes and consequences of gender-based violence in Mozambique.
“Let’s talk, reflect, and act together,” Ziqo stated on social media, appealing for the direct involvement of young people in building a more just and safe society for all.
The campaign schedule includes regular visits to various neighborhoods in Maputo, with prior communication at each location, thus ensuring the organization and active participation of local communities.
This project reinforces the transformative role of art and the artist in society. By combining entertainment and education, Ziqo shows that music can be much more than rhythm: it can be an instrument of change.
