Born in 1979 in the city of Maputo, Neyma stood out from an early age for her strength and passion for music. In 1995, she gained visibility by winning second place in a talent competition. Fantasy, paving the way for a successful career. Her talent was honed in Mozambican schools, clubs, and stages until, in 1999, she released her first commercial album. Fights – a work that catapulted her to fame with themes such as “"Fights"”, “"Mother, the Most Beautiful Virtue"” and “"Happy Beach"”.
