The Mozambican DJ Faya was recently in Portugal for a series of performances as part of his European tour, between the days April 4th and 8th, 2025. During this period, the artist performed five shows: three in the city of Porto and two in Lisbon.
The visit to Porto was part of the event Kukina Special Weekend, promoted by Kukina Events, a production company that has been making a name for itself by organizing events celebrating African music and diaspora culture. This festival brought together several renowned artists and was a meeting point for lovers of sounds like Afro House, Kizomba, Kuduro, and Afrobeat.
In Lisbon, DJ Faya also performed at two venues catering to the African community, continuing her tour schedule, which aimed to consolidate her presence on the international circuit and strengthen contact with the diaspora audience living in Europe.
