The third edition of [event name] took place this Thursday, April 10th. Municipal Youth Gala, an initiative of the Maputo Municipal Council (CMM) that awarded young people who have excelled in various fields, such as entrepreneurship, technological innovation, artistic creation and youth associations.
The event featured performances by artists such as Bander, Sheila and Mahoze, who graced the ceremony with their music and vibrant presence, celebrating the talent and energy of Mozambican youth.
In his speech, the President of the CMM, Rasaque Manhique, He emphasized that the gala aims to recognize and encourage the creative actions of the capital's youth, creating inspiring role models and boosting local and national economic development.
This year's edition involved more than 500 young people originating from seven Municipal Districts from Maputo, with 28 finalists competing in the final phase. In total, there were 12 award-winning young people, in recognition of the impact of their contributions in their respective fields of activity.
