Logistical issues at LAM forced the postponement of the Black Bulls' trip to Lichinga, which was scheduled for 7 a.m. this Saturday. The title games were rescheduled for Monday, November 11th, at 3 p.m. Tomorrow, the country will learn which team will leave the Mozambican football elite between Brera and Textáfrica, who will play the final round of the season at their respective stadiums.
Brera Tchumene hosts Ferroviário de Nampula tomorrow, while Textáfrica hosts Ferroviário de Maputo. Both Brera and Textáfrica have 15 points in the standings, with Brera ahead. This means that if either team in the relegation battle loses, Textáfrica will be relegated to the Mozambican football elite. Likewise, if both teams win, Brera clearly has a better chance of securing survival than Textáfrica. Another Brera draw and Textáfrica win could change things.
The title games have been given a new date and will take place on Monday.
