Born in Maputo on July 23, 1976, and known artistically as Denny OG, his real name is Daniel Francisco Tcheco, today he celebrates another year of life, marking a trajectory of success and influence in the Mozambican music scene.
From an early age, Denny OG showed an innate passion for music. His journey began in the 90s when, along with Damost, N' Star, Stuped Man, and Deuce, he founded the hip-hop group Auto Squad. This was just the beginning of a career that would prove to be diverse and innovative.
Married and a father of three, Denny OG wasn't content to limit himself to hip-hop. After his success with the group Auto Squad, he joined the 360° collective, where he recorded his first solo album, titled "Until Death Do Us Part". This album marked a new phase in his career, highlighting his talent as a solo artist.
However, rap wasn't enough for Denny OG. Seeking new challenges and sounds, he ventured into pandza, a musical genre characteristic of Mozambique. In 2006, Denny OG joined Bang Entretenimento, a partnership that resulted in the production of the album "Tchin Tchin". This work further consolidated his position in the Mozambican music scene.
From then on, Denny OG became a constant presence in collaborations with other artists, especially with members of Bang Entertainment. Among the most notable partnerships are those with Ziqo, with whom he recorded the albums "Nova Família" and "Mabatata". These collaborations not only enriched his discography but also contributed to the diversity and popularity of Mozambican music.
