The Union of Portuguese-Speaking Football Federations (UFFLP) is ready to kick off the 1st Football Tournament “UFFLP – Cascais 2024”. This inaugural event will take place from July 8th to 15th in the picturesque city of Cascais, Portugal, promising a week of intense competition and celebration of youth football.
This tournament represents a platform for young talents from Portuguese-speaking countries to showcase their skills and potential, promoting unity and cultural exchange among the participating nations.
The Mambinhas, Mozambique's under-17 national team, are preparing with dedication and enthusiasm for this major event. Intensive and focused training is underway, aiming to ensure that the young players are in their best form to face the opposing teams.
The Mambinhas coach highlighted the importance of the tournament for the players' development: “This is a unique opportunity for our young players to showcase their talent on an international stage. We are working hard to ensure they are ready to represent Mozambique with pride and determination.”
