Shellsy Baronet, enjoying her pregnancy with great emotion, reveals that it's a big secret that she prayed a lot to have this child inside her, and today she's happy to be a family of three (her, her husband, and the baby in her belly).
Shellsy Baronet is a Mozambican singer born on May 4, 1998. She spent her childhood and adolescence between Mozambique and South Africa, where she completed part of her studies. Sister of Zander Baronet, she is best known for the hits "Don't Break My Heart" and "Última Bolacha.".
Since childhood, she dreamed of being a singer and began her journey at the age of ten. At her school in South Africa, she was part of a theater group, where she danced and modeled. But what was decisive for her to seriously embrace a musical career was her participation in a children's music competition in the United States.
The competition took place in Los Angeles and encompassed various musical styles, including gospel, pop, and R&B. Around 300 children and teenagers participated, and the singer came in second place, considered one of the best.
When she returned from the United States of America, Shellsy was invited to sign a contract with the label Game Over Entertainment, where she released hits such as "Don't break my heart" and "Última bolacha".
At the beginning of this year (2017) the singer was considered one of the great revelations of 2016 by the website Moz Entretenimento and recently participated in Coke Studio Africa, where she did a featuring with the singer Eddy Kenzo, from Uganda, and with Saturday from Ghana. Also this year she participated in the Tropical Zouk Festival.
Shellsy Baronet admires artists like Mingas, as he began his career when sexism and discrimination against women were still prevalent. Among the younger generation, she likes rapper Lay Lizzy for the way he expresses himself in his songs.
It is important to note that Shellsy is the sister of singer Zander Baronet and the two have a song together entitled “Loucura“.
