The Mozambican writer and editor Nunes Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o<\/strong> is in Cape Verde participating in a literary residency<\/strong> promoted with the support of International Institute of the Portuguese Language (IILP)<\/strong>. The initiative aims to strengthen cultural and literary ties between Mozambique and Cape Verde, in an environment of sharing and collaboration.<\/p>\n

On Friday morning, Nunes Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o was warmly received by Director of the IILP and his team<\/strong>, officially marking the start of the program's activities.<\/p>\n

One of the commitments undertaken is the contribution to the Cataloging of Mozambican writers in the IILP Digital Catalog<\/strong>, This project aims to gather a representative collection of literature from Portuguese-speaking countries. This catalog, of a... dynamic and progressive<\/strong>, brings together biobibliographical data that help to preserve and value the literary production of the Portuguese-speaking world.<\/p>\n

Nunes Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o's participation in this initiative is part of the mission of Ntxuva Publishing<\/strong> and the platform Nharinga of Letters<\/strong>, who have been playing an active role in promoting Mozambican literature both within and outside the country.<\/p>\n
