On August 29th, the city of Maputo will host a special tribute to the poet Jos\u00e9 Craveirinha, as part of the event "Poetry and Sensoriality: Verses that Savor Life," promoted by the Nwanyi brand at the Batuque and Ma\u00e7aroca complex.<\/p>\n

Craveirinha, considered Mozambique's greatest poet and the first African to be awarded the Cam\u00f5es Prize in 1991, will be celebrated through the project "Sung Poems \u2013 Tribute to Jos\u00e9 Craveirinha". The show will feature performer Helena Rosa, Cl\u00e1udio Nicoropal on keyboards, Amade Cossa on percussion, and D'Manyissa in composition and musical direction.<\/p>\n
