Mozambican singer Stewart Sukuma expressed his admiration for the social involvement of Fermon Mondlane and Fredy Uamusse during his sold-out 100% show, held yesterday at the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center (CCFM).<\/p>\n
Fermon Mondlane, a special guest at the event, has been an active voice in defending the Mozambican people, maintaining a firm stance in favor of social causes. Fredy Uamusse, present in the audience, uses his art to portray the reality of the country, capturing in his drawings the striking moments of the peaceful demonstrations that, despite their non-violent nature, resulted in numerous deaths.<\/p>\n
Stewart Sukuma acknowledged the importance of both artists' work, highlighting that, because they lived in the neighborhoods, Fermon and Fredy had a direct view of the events and knew how to transform them into art and activism.
