According to the ruling, Text\u00e1frica was found to have failed to meet the requirements to maintain its license, as per Article 18 of the CAF Club Licensing Regulations. This regulation requires clubs to have their accounts in order to participate in competitions, which Text\u00e1frica did not do.<\/p>\n
The withdrawal of the license means that Text\u00e1frica is officially excluded from competitions in the 2023\/2024 season, including the Mozambique Games. The FMF, the Mozambican Football League, and other relevant sports associations have been informed of the decision.<\/p>\n
